All PMU services that have a charge associated require a booking fee of $50 within 48 hours of making the appointment. This booking fee holds your appointment date & time. If the booking fee is not paid within the 48 hours following booking, the appointment date & time will be open for other clients to book.

Once your booking fee is paid, you will receive a link to fill out your medical history form & waiver. This form must be completed and submitted no later than 48 hours before your appointment time so it can be thoroughly reviewed to help prevent any contraindicators causing complications for your treatment. If your forms have not been completed in time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
