Brow Treatments

1. Keeping the Area Clean and Moisturized:

  • Ointment Application: Apply a thin layer of a healing ointment (like Aquaphor or Vaseline) to the treated area several times a day, especially after cleansing. Use a clean cotton swab to apply, and avoid touching the area with dirty hands. 
  • Cleansing: Gently cleanse the area with mild, fragrance-free soap and lukewarm water twice daily, being careful not to rub or scrub. 
  • Pat Dry: After cleansing, gently pat the area dry with a clean cotton pad, avoiding rubbing. 

2. Avoiding Sun Exposure and Certain Activities: 

  • Sun Protection: Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for at least 2 weeks after the procedure. Wear a hat and use a high-SPF sunscreen on the treated area.
  • Swimming and Hot Tubs: Avoid swimming, hot tubs, and other water activities for 2 weeks.
  • Sweating: Avoid intense exercise or activities that cause excessive sweating for at least 10 days.

3. Avoiding Rubbing, Picking, and Scratching: 

  • Allow Flaking: Do not pick, scratch, or rub the area, as this can cause pigment loss or scarring. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate away.

4. Other Important Reminders:

  • Sleep on your back: Avoid sleeping on your face to prevent pressure on the treated area. 
  • No Makeup: Avoid applying makeup on the treated area for at least 5 days. 
  • No Exfoliating Products: Avoid using exfoliating products, retinol acids, or other harsh chemicals on the treated area for at least 30 days. 
  • No Facials, Botox, etc.: Avoid facials, botox, chemical treatments, or microdermabrasion for at least 4 weeks. 
  • No Waxing, Tinting, or Threading: Avoid waxing, tinting, or threading your brows for 6 weeks.



Eyeliner Treatments

  •  Keep the area dry: Avoid excessive moisture, including prolonged exposure to water (saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools) and excessive showering. 
  • Apply prescribed ointment: A thin layer of Vaseline or a similar ointment, as recommended by your technician, should be applied twice daily to keep the area moist. 
  • Avoid touching, rubbing, or scratching: Do not pick or scratch the area to prevent infection or uneven healing. 
  • Avoid makeup: Refrain from applying any makeup, especially mascara, on or around the treated area for the first 7-10 days. 
  • Avoid sun exposure: Protect the treated area from direct sunlight or tanning beds for at least 3-4 weeks. 
  • Avoid certain activities: Stay away from activities that cause sweating or could introduce bacteria, such as intense exercise, steam rooms, and saunas. 
  • Clean the area gently: Use lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free cleanser to gently clean the area. Avoid scrubbing or harsh products. 
  • Wear sunglasses: Protect your eyes from wind, sun, and potential irritants. 
  • Sleep on your back: Avoid sleeping on your face to prevent pressure on the treated area. 
  • Be aware of potential symptoms: If you experience excessive redness, swelling, pain, or drainage, contact your technician or a medical professional. 



Lip Treatments

  •  Keep lips dry: For the first few days, keep your lips dry as much as possible. 
  • Moisturize: Start applying a thin layer of ointment at least twice daily for 2 weeks. . 
  • Cleanliness: Rinse and gently clean your lips with water after each meal, then reapply the ointment. 
  • Avoid Irritants: Stay away from hot, spicy, and salty foods and drinks. Also, avoid drinking directly from a cup; use a straw for at least 2 weeks. 
  • No Picking or Rubbing: Do not pick or scratch at the lips or scabs. Allow the natural peeling process to occur. 
  • Sun Protection: Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid swimming for the first week. 
  • Gentle Face Washing: Wash your face gently, avoiding the lip area, and don't rub the lips vigorously. 
  • Lipstick/Lip Gloss: Avoid wearing conventional lipstick/lip gloss for at least 6 weeks.
  • Infection: If you notice any signs of infection (like redness, swelling, or pus), stop applying ointment and seek medical advice. 
  • Long-term Care: Once healed, you can continue to moisturize and apply SPF lip balm to protect the color.
